if i’m trying to fix that on a PC, i usually don’t overthink hardware too much — it’s more like small tweaks across a few things:

first thing is network. if you’re on wifi, that alone can mess it up even if speed is good. wired ethernet makes a big difference for input delay and random stutter. also close anything else eating bandwidth (downloads, updates, even streaming in background).

then browser/app side — if you’re using something like GeForce NOW / Xbox Cloud / etc, make sure hardware acceleration is ON. also don’t run like 20 tabs in Chrome while gaming, it actually adds weird lag sometimes.

graphics/settings inside the cloud app also matters. i usually drop it to “balanced” or “performance” instead of max quality if it feels blurry or delayed.

windows stuff too — turn off background startup apps, and make sure power mode is set to performance (not battery saver / balanced if you can avoid it).

and honestly, display can matter more than people think. if your monitor is like 60Hz but unstable, or has extra post-processing (motion smoothing etc), it can feel slower.

so yeah… it’s less “upgrade PC” and more “reduce noise in connection + system load”. if internet is decent like you said, 90% of the time it’s background stuff or wifi jitter causing it.

Typically, all that is required is to enable Wi-Fi, choose the required network from the list, and input a password when needed. After that, the device will reconnect to the network automatically once it is within the reach.

However, when the problem occurs, I switch Wi-Fi on and off, restart the device, or reset the router. I also make sure that other devices have access to the same network. When the issue still persists, I forget the network and reconnect to it using the password.
