I’m encountering an issue while trying to use ChatGPT’s PDF feature. Every time I attempt to upload or interact with a PDF, I get an error message that says, “Unknown error occurred.” I’m not sure what’s causing it or how to resolve it.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

That error usually means the PDF upload failed. Try: re-saving the file, reducing size, splitting large PDFs, switching browsers, clearing cache, and ensuring it’s not scanned/encrypted. Also check your internet. If it still fails, convert the PDF to Word or text and upload that instead.
