Android
There are a few ways to change app icons on Android, depending on your phone:
1. Using built-in themes/icons
Many phones like Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, and Nothing let you change icons from:
Settings → Themes/Wallpaper & style → Icons
2. Using a launcher app
Install launchers like Nova Launcher or Microsoft Launcher
Apply icon packs from the Play Store
Long-press an app → Edit → Change icon
3. Using shortcuts
Some phones allow custom shortcuts with custom images/icons directly from the home screen settings.
iPhone (iOS)
iPhones don’t allow direct icon replacement, but you can create custom icons using the Shortcuts app:
1. Open Shortcuts
2. Tap + → Add Action
3. Choose Open App
4. Select the app
5. Tap the dropdown/name → Add to Home Screen
6. Tap the icon image to choose a custom photo/icon
7. Add it to the Home Screen
The original app stays installed, but you can hide it from the Home Screen if you want a cleaner look.
You can also use icon packs and widgets for full aesthetic setups.
