To fix the “Computer started using the Windows installation media” issue, restart your PC and remove the installation USB/DVD first. If the error still appears, boot into BIOS/UEFI and make sure the hard drive is set as the first boot device instead of the installation media. You can also run Startup Repair from the Windows Recovery Environment by booting from the Windows installation media and selecting **Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Startup Repair**.
