How to screenshot on iPad?

  • 0
  • 0

I’m new to using an iPad and I’m trying to figure out how to take a screenshot. I’m not sure if the method is the same across all iPad models or if it depends on whether the device has a Home button or Face ID.

Could someone explain the steps to take a screenshot on different types of iPads? Also, where do the screenshots get saved, and are there any tips for editing or sharing them right after capturing?

Thanks in advance!

Taking a screenshot on an iPad is simple. If your iPad has a Home button, press the Top (or Side) button and the Home button at the same time, then quickly release both. If your iPad doesn’t have a Home button, press the Top button and the Volume Up button together instead. After capturing, a preview appears in the corner, tap it to edit, crop, or mark up the screenshot, or swipe it away to save it automatically to your Photos app.
