I use Google Assistant on my phone and would like to enable Dark Mode for a more comfortable viewing experience, especially at night. I am looking for simple step-by-step instructions on how to turn on Dark Mode in Google Assistant and any settings that may affect its appearance.
If you are using the latest Google Assistant or Gemini, the dark mode usually follows your phone’s system theme. If you are using the classic Google app, try these steps:
– Open the Google app.
– Tap your profile picture.
– Go to Settings > General > Theme (if available).
– Select Dark or Follow system.
If you don’t see the Theme option, Google may have removed the separate dark mode setting on your device. In that case, enabling your phone’s system wide dark mode will automatically make Google Assistant use the dark theme where supported.
