Hey everyone, my PC suddenly booted up to a screen that says something like “system is repairing itself please wait” and it’s just stuck there.

What actually causes this to happen out of nowhere? Did a Windows update just glitch out, or is it a sign that my hard drive is dying? Any ideas on how to get past it would be awesome. Arghhhhh! Help!

The message **”Your system is repairing itself, please wait”** usually appears when your computer detects an issue and starts an automatic repair process. Common causes include corrupted system files, disk errors, failed updates, unexpected shutdowns, or power outages. In most cases, the system will attempt to fix the problem automatically and restart normally.
