Why can't i play unbanned g+

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to play on the Unbanned G+ games site on my school laptop, but it’s not working anymore. The page either completely refuses to load or says it’s restricted by the network.

Did my school finally find a way to block it, or is the site just down for everyone right now? If it got blocked, does anyone know a working mirror link or a quick fix?

Hey! It’s highly likely your school’s IT department finally caught on and blacklisted it. Most schools use automated network filters like GoGuardian, Securly, or Lightspeed. When a specific URL, especially a Google Sites hub like Unblocked Games G+, it starts getting a massive spike in traffic from student accounts during school hours, it triggers a red flag for the network admin, who then blocks it district-wide.

Here is a quick way to test it and a few workarounds you can try:

      1. Try opening the exact same link on your phone using mobile data. If it loads on your phone, the site is perfectly fine, meaning your school network successfully blocked it on your laptop. If it doesn’t load on your phone either the creator might have taken it down, or Google deleted that specific directory.

      2. Since that specific G+ link is likely burned for your network, here is what usually works to find an alternative. Look for GitHub Mirrors. Network filters are brutal with Google Sites, but they often leave GitHub completely untouched because students need it for coding or tech classes. Try searching Google for unblocked games github.io to find games hosted there. Also check the Chrome Web Store. If your school hasn’t locked down extension installations, search the store for browser-based arcade or puzzle games. Because they run as local browser extensions, they often bypass web filters completely.
