Perhaps you have Dark Mode on. Turn Dark Mode on/off: Open your phone or device in Dark Mode via device settings, menus and settings. Turn Dark Mode off in the app’s or your device’s settings to restore.
Relaunch the app for setting to stick and then clear cache/application data.
Clear the application updates.
