I turned on Do Not Disturb on my phone and now I am wondering if my alarm will still ring in the morning. Will my alarm go off even when DND is enabled?

Well, yes, your alarm will still ring if you set up Do Not Disturb – provided you have an iPhone.
Alarms will ring on iPhones even if Do Not Disturb, Focus mode, and/or Silent mode are set to on. DND will only mute calls, messages, and notifications, but will not mute your Clock alarm.
On Android, your alarm will ring during Do Not Disturb hours if alarms are permitted in DND settings. But some Android phones or some Android versions may have “Total silence” kind of setting which can mute alarms as well. Therefore, you will need to quickly verify if you allow alarms during DND on Android: Settings > Sound/notifications > Do Not Disturb > Alarms.
In other words, if you use an iPhone, your alarm will wake you up no matter what. And if you use Android, your alarm will ring unless your Do Not Disturb settings prohibit that.
