can't uninstall adobe creative cloud​

I had a similar issue. First, make sure all Adobe apps are shut down, like fully closed, then attempt uninstalling Creative Cloud from the Apps & Features area in Windows, or use Applications on Mac.

If the uninstall still fails, grab and run Adobe’s Creative Cloud Uninstaller Tool. It usually cleans it out when the regular uninstall option doesn’t really cooperate.

Also, if you still have apps such as Photoshop or Illustrator installed, you might need to remove those first, before Creative Cloud can be taken off properly and without a hassle.
