MacBook is disabled

My MacBook has been disabled. Could anyone help me in fixing this issue?

      If your MacBook shows something like “Mac is disabled” or “MacBook is disabled”, it usually happens because there were too many wrong login tries, or some kind of security lock got triggered. Could you tell me the exact words you see on the screen , and also what MacBook model and year it is?

      While you’re checking that , you can try a few steps that are pretty common.

      First, restart the Mac, then sign in again using the correct password (no typos).
      Also, if it prompts you , try using your Apple ID to reset the password.
      Lastly, try booting into Recovery Mode. On Apple Silicon, hold the power button until you see options. On Intel Macs press Command + R during startup, then look for the password reset options there.

      If you paste the exact error message iI can help point you to the right fix, because the wording really matters.
